Fasting is well documented in literature to answer asthma and other respiratory problems in many, dare I say almost all, people who practice fasting.  This includes allergy based asthma.  

 

One interesting form of fasting that I noted in researching fasting and lung issues was something called alternative day fasting (ADF).  In this form of a fast the person eats three normal meals in a day.  These are well balanced meals and not gorging ingestions.  Also there are no between meal snacks.  On the next day there is a pure water fast.  By those who are strict adherents, this becomes a lifestyle change.  However it can be done for a specific period of time, maybe a week, month, three months, etc.  

 

One man reported that he cured his lifelong asthma with ADF.  He does it as a lifestyle now.  His pattern is Monday fast, Tuesday three meals, Wednesday fast, Thursday three meals, Friday fast.  On the weekend he more normally eats like everyone else but in moderation.  Everything starts back up with the evening meal on Sunday.  

 

Let us say you ate your evening meal at 6 p.m. on day one.  Then you would water fast until at least 6 p.m. on the second day, or the next supper.  Day two is a water fast until the evening meal.  [Notice if you start the fast after supper, you eat supper everyday.]  This pattern is repeated for the duration the ADF. For a little extra benefit you can water fast until breakfast on the third day.  [Of course to fit your lifestyle you can start your water fast on any meal and continue until the next day’s same meal.]

 

This sounds very similar to the sunrise to sunset fasting which was practiced by the ancient Jews at certain times of the year.  The difference is that it becomes a pattern rather than a seasonal event.  

 

For any respiratory problems it may be a pleasantly surprising experiment to try fasting, be it intermittent fasting, alternative day fasting, or a long fast.

He is willing as needed to take the time to see the secrets that are ready to be opened from different directional considerations.

Dr. Bill was a traditional minister for 25 years, filling pulpits two times a week and teaching many classes.

Now he has centered his work on the metaphysical of spirituality.
